Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó en las zonas de Saloya-Pichincha y en El Triunfo-Pastaza, durante el año 2008 y 2009, en la cual se plantearon los siguientes objetivos:
> Generar una recomendación de fertilización preliminar para el cultivo de Naranjilla
(Solanum qiútoense Larn.) en el primer año de cultivo.
> Determinar los nutrimentos limitantes del rendimiento para el cultivo de naranjilla en zonas de El Triunfo en la región Amazónica y Saloya en el noroccidente de Pichincha.
> Determinar niveles preliminares de contenido de nutrientes en el tejido vegetal para el diagnóstico del estado nutricional del cultivo de naranjilla.
> Documentar los síntomas visuales de deficiencias nutrimentales en el cultivo de naranjilla.
> Realizar análisis económico, aplicando la metodología de presupuesto parcial.
Se utilizó un diseño de bloques completos al azar, seis tratamientos de omisión de nutrientes ( Tl-N, T2-P, T3-K, T4-Ca, T5-S, T6-Mg), un tratamiento de fertilización completa (T7 N+P+K+Ca+S+Mg), y un tratamiento de fertilización completa más Cal agrícola (T8 Opt+Encalado), se realizaron análisis de varianza, prueba de Tukey al 5%, análisis de efecto principal de localidades, análisis de interacción tratamientos / localidades , análisis de correlación y regresión lineal.
