Abstract

En la investigación se evaluaron cuatro variedades comerciales y seis especies silvestres (cuadro 4).El trabajo se lo realizó en el invernadero de la Granja Experimental del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería ubicada en Tumbaeo y en los Laboratorios de Fitopatología de la Estación Experimental Santa Catalina "INIAP”. La investigación tuvo dos etapas: A. IDENTIFICACION DE LA ESPECIE Y RAZA MAS PREVALIENTE DE Melóidoavne sp.EN TOMATE DE AREOL ( Cvphomandra b.et..ac&a Sendt). 1. Identificación de la especie de nematodo Se la realizó específicamente mediante la descripción del patrón perineal que presentaron hembras adultas extraídas de muestras de raíces de tomate de árbol colectadas en cuatro provincias tomateras (Pichincha, Tungurahua, Imbabura y Cotopaxí).

In the investigation we evaluated four commercial varieties and six wild species (Chart 4). The work was carried out in the Green House of the Experimental Farm of the MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE' AND CATTLE located in Tumbaco and in' the Laboratories of Fitopathology of the Experimental Station Santa Catalina "INIAP". The investigation had two phases: A. IDENTIFICATION OF THE SPECIES AND THE MOST PREVAILING RACE OF MELOIDOGYNE SP. IN TREE TOMATOE (Chvphomandra betacea SENDT). 1.- Identification of the Nematode Species. We carried out this investigation specifically by the description of the perineal standard that female adults presented collected in four tomatoe provinces (Pichincha, Tungurahua, Imbabura and Cotopaxi).
