Abstract
El objetivo de esta tesis fue investigar las propiedades íoxicológicas de los alcaloides quinolizidínicos del grano de chocho, buscar un tratamiento adecuado para reutilizar el agua utilizada y evitar la contaminación del ambiente.
En base a métodos de la AOAC, complexométrico, colorimétrico, espectrofotométrico,
se realizó la caracterización físico - química del agua de desamargado de chocho, con
lo que se concluye que no es apta para ser utilizada en forma permanente como agua
de riego debido a su pH ligeramente ácido, elevada dureza, contenido de bicarbonatos, cloruros, y un valor de 3.17 para la relación DQ0/DB0, cuya acumulación progresiva podría tener un efectos tóxicos y dañinos sobre el suelo.
The purpose of writing this paper was to investígate the quinolizidinics alkaloids toxicological properties on lupine grains, to find an adequate treatment in reusing the boiled water, and to avoid environmental pollution. Based on the AOAC methodologies, complexometric, colorimetric, spectrofotometric. The lupine grains water physical and chemical characteristics were analyzed and the result was that such as water was not suitable for permanent soil irrigation because it's slightly high pH showed that the water was acidic, besides the carbonate contents made it hard, bicarbonate and chloride contents together with a 3.17 valué of the OQD/OBD relation whose progressive accumulation might result into toxic and damaging materials for the soil.
