Abstract
En este estudio, se presenta el desarrollo de marcadores de SSR en Handroanthus. billbergii mediante la aplicación de secuenciación de próxima generación (NGS). También se informa sobre una estimación del contenido de la información genética de un conjunto de 30 marcadores polimórficos encuestados en un grupo representativo de personas de tres poblaciones diferentes.
In this study, we report the development of SSR markers in Handroanthus billbergii by applying next-generation sequencing (NGS). We also report an estimation of the genetic information content of a set of 30 polymorphic markers surveyed in a representative group of individuals from three different populations.
